مما لا شك فيه – أن التغيرات الاقتصادية و التوجهات الحديثة في مجال إدارة الأعمال و ظهور المؤسسات المتكاملة والمنظمات
الإدارية المتعددة المهام ، كذلك التوجهات نحو الاستثمار العقاري و خاصة في مجال المنشئات الإدارية ، و بالتالي النظر إلي المستخدمين
بأنهم ليسوا مجرد عمالة تؤدي ما يكلفوا به نظير رواتب شهرية فقط ، بل أصبح العامل جزء من المنظومة الاستثمارية لتوجهات
المؤسسات و الشركات ، فكان لابد من إعادة النظر في التصميم المكتبي كعنصر استثماري ضمن المنظومة العامة . ذلك أدي إلي حالة من
التحرك الإجباري نحو توجهات و مفاهيم جديدة في مجال التصميم الداخلي و أصبحت الحاجة إلي تصميمات تتسم بالفعالية والكفاءة
الوظيفية تأتي في المقام الأول ، و إلي أبعد من ذلك – أصبح التصميم جزءاً من الاستراتيجيه العامة المؤثرة في تحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية.
